Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her an undergraduate degree in Theatre and Communication. Her career began in Los Angeles as a theater artist. She choreographed and performed in more than 20 musicals and plays. They included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. She also performed seven main roles in LA's Storybook Theatre. While continuing to study the art of improvisation at The Groundlings and becoming a company member of Theatre West Kelly also started getting roles for television as well as in films. Kelly has an unique voice, and her petite stature makes her able to play a variety of characters. She is known for her performance with Naomi Watts taking over the role as the evil Samara In The Ring 2 but is popularly known as the bubbly bright receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011-2015 Kelly was a paralegal during the day and a party hopper at-night as a Series Regular on the TV Land sitcom The Exes. Kelly was also on the show as Alyssa's charming, smart sister on the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the worried suburban mom on the CW series No Tomorrow. She's lent her singing soprano to a variety of animated shows, including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recent roles include the charming and dim Cloud 9 employees on NBC's Super-hit comedy Superstore. She has a peaceful private life with her husband and two young children. She loves sewing, writing and helping out at school events.
